At Five Tides USA, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process smooth and simple. Please read the following carefully and then follow the below link to start your return and or exchange.
1. 30 Day Return + Exchange + Store Credit Window
- Returns and Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Simple Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email to start a return.
- Receive a Return Label: We’ll provide (email) a prepaid return label for your convenience.
- Exchange: Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your store credit or exchange within 5-7 business days. You’ll be notified via the email you provide us during the entire process.
4. Refunds + Exchanges + Store Credit
We do not provide any refunds for returned items at this time. However, we will kindly exchange the item(s) and or provide store credit in the exact amount of original purchase price. Store credit will never expire. Please click on the below link to start the return process.
5. Exceptions + Safety Nets
To protect both you and Five Tides, we have the following policies:
- Multiple Returns: Customers with repeated (5 or more) returns may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.
- High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding $500 may require additional verification and may be subject to a stricter return policy.
- Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Damage claims beyond 30 days may not be eligible for return or replacement.
6. Customer Fraud Prevention
Five Tides reserves the right to decline or limit returns or exchanges for customers demonstrating unusual return patterns, or other return abuses. To ensure safety, we may require photo verification for certain high-value returns.
